Weaving of Stainless Steel Dutch Wire Mesh: the production's weave wayes--plain weave,twill weave,bamboo-form weave,reverse weave.
(1)The Plain Weave is produced with the purpose with coarse mesh(mesh wire,woven wire mesh,wire mesh basket) in the warp and a fine  mesh with relatively smaller wire in the fill.This weave results in greater strength with very fine openings and it is widely  purposed as a filter cloth.The shape and position of the openings aids particle retetion and increase filter cake formation.
(2)The Twill Dutch Weave is product with a combition of the characteristics of the dutch weave and the twill weave.Fill wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh(mesh wire,woven wire mesh,mesh basket)in the other way.This form of weave is capable of supporting greater loads than the dutch weave,wiht finer openings than the Twill Weave.The production is applied to appliacation where the filtering of heavy material is necessary.
